Please read the following waiver carefully: I understand and appreciate that although ultimate is really fun and cool, it can be a hazardous activity. While personal injury is rare, it can happen. I hereby agree freely and expressly to assume and accept any and all risks of injury while participating in the St. Louis Ultimate League. I unconditionally release St. Louis Ultimate Association and its committee members from any and all legal liability and/or responsibility for any and all injuries or dangers that may result from my participation.
